The 2019 Houston Fringe Festival will be held October 23 - November 10, 2019 at Midtown Arts and Theater Center (Houston). The Houston Fringe Festival Advisory Committee is seeking applications from both emerging and experienced artists in all disciplines, including theater, dance, film, music, comedy, puppetry, performance art and more.
All applications must be for shows of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes in length. Smaller works of 15 minutes or less should submit using the Anything Goes application.
Artists should choose the weekend they are able to tech and perform their show. Also, each of the three weekends corresponds to a unique venue within the MATCH facility:
October 23 - 27: MATCHBOX THREE
October 30 - November 3: MATCHBOX TWO
November 6 - November 10: MATCHBOX ONE
Application fee for each submission is $25, and instructions for payment will be e-mailed once submissions are received.

All accepted artists will be required to pay a venue fee that will be due on September 15, 2019. The venue fee is dependent on which theater is selected and how many times the artist would like to perform. ARTISTS RECEIVE 60 PERCENT OF THEIR BOX-OFFICE REVENUE.
ANYTHING GOES
The Houston Fringe Festival is seeking submissions of 10 minutes or less for its TWO Anything Goes programs! Anything Goes is the Houston Fringe Festival's signature closing night program that features a roster of ten artists performing shorts works in any and all disciplines. Dance, theater, music, film, and performance art are welcome! A different roster of artists will be selected for each night.
